An absolutely idyllic cottage and gardens. I seemed to relax within minutes of arrival. Leather armchair, log fire and classic rock library was my idea of heaven. Will miss waking up to the stunning views, our adopted woodpecker, pheasant and other birds that visit the garden daily. The local area is beautiful, we have enjoyed leisurely strolls. We will be back. Thank you for a truly relaxing and heavenly week. (Graham) Beautiful cottage, fantastic scenery, lovely people. Thank you. Aaron has just said “one of the best holidays ever” we would love to return. (mum) “I was very pleased when I heard that I was sleeping in the best bedroom. I had a great time doing kiyacking , cannooing and using the water walkers at Rock UK. All of our family enjoyed going to Hadreeons Wall where we saw Roman catipots being fired at wooden people. I and my mum liked waching the woodpeckers, phesents, swallows and blue tits. The ponds are worth pond dipping and it is easy to catch dragons and tadpoles.” Aaron, aged 8
