Please take time to read this page carefully.If you make a booking you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

The completed booking form with the £200 non-refundable deposit, is neccessary for each break/booking received.  The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday starting. No reminders will be sent. Please complete the form on line or print off and send with your deposit.

It is advisable to wait until your booking is confirmed and an invoice sent via email prior to sending any payment. This will detail the full booking price with any discounts or additional charges applicable. Bookings will be held for 3 days from this time.

Payments by debit or credit card can be made online via the book-on-line page using the PayPal option or, if you prefer, cheques payable to Barbara Elborn. 

The deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation.  If you cancel after the full amount has been paid, we shall endeavour to re-let your booking and, if this is possible, will return the balance amount.  However, if it is not re-let, the full rental will be payable.  Cancellation insurance is advisable.

Only those nominated on the booking form are eligible to stay at Yethouse during the duration of the booking period.  Additional visitor and guests MUST be advised in advance. Rates are based on 6 people staying.

Yethouse is completely non smoking. Smoking is forbidden inside the premises and any of the outbuildings.

If you light a fire you must ensure a responsible adult is present. Fire guards must be used at all times. 

Bed linen, towels, hand towels, tea cloths, bathmats, cleaning, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets are all provided. Initial kitchen roll and toilet rolls are provided. All central heating is included with an initial amount of coal, kindling and fire lighters.  Additional backets available on site - £3 per top up in the honety box please.  Wireless broadband is included.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, maximum of 2 unless by arrangement. A fee of £15 per dog is payable regardless of length of stay. They must be kept under control at all times and must not be left unattended for any length of time. They must be confined to downstairs and NOT allowed on any furniture. You must clean up after them, both inside and out, so that no trace remains.

A cot and bedding can be provided but needs to be requested on the booking form, a fee of £20 is payable regardless of length of stay.

We do understand that accidents can happen so please let us know of any breakages or spillages as soon as possible. We will endeavour to put it right but ultimately you are responsible for the property and its contents during your stay. If we are unable to solve matters satisfactorily you will be charged to replace damaged materials.

Unless previously agreed, arrival time is 3pm with departure promptly at 10am.  Please leave the property as you found it - we don't expect it dusted and hoovered but stripping the beds would be a help.
